Aged spirits
1,000 tonnes of brandy spirits aged 3, 5, 7 and 8 years
Oak and clay
100 oak barrels of 260 litres, and 50 qvevri of 2 tonnes each
QvevriSteel
Two methods
Georgian grapes, the Georgian way — and the European one.
Everything the company makes is made only from Georgian grape varieties. Some wines are fermented and aged in qvevri, the clay vessels of Georgian tradition; others in steel and in oak, following European practice. Our brandies and cognacs, too, come from Georgian grapes.
